VII. DATA RETENTION PERIODS

Your personal data will be stored for a period of time that complies with legal provisions or is proportionate to the purposes for which it was recorded.

Data relating to partnership/sponsorship management is kept for 5 years after the end of the event for which the data was collected.

All data concerning requests for information is kept for 3 years.

Data concerning the management of event registrations is kept for 1 year.

Mark-Com Event retains the data for the newsletter as long as the data subject does not unsubscribe.

With regard to the length of time cookies are retained, we refer you to the list in section III.2, which sets out the retention periods for each cookie used on our website.

VIII. SECURITY MEASURES GOVERNING THE PROCESSING OF YOUR DATAÉES

As data controller, Mark-Com Event has implemented numerous appropriate technical and organizational measures in accordance with applicable legal provisions, to protect your personal data against alteration, accidental or unlawful loss, use, disclosure or unauthorized access. In particular, we have put in place:

How to exercise your rights

You may exercise your rights at any time by contacting us using the contact details given in point X of this policy.

In your request, we ask you to indicate the subject and specify the right you wish to exercise. If your request is sent by post, please indicate the postal address to which we should reply.

You will receive a reply within one month of receipt of your request. If necessary, this period may be extended by two months, depending on the complexity and number of requests. Mark-Com Event will inform the person concerned of this extension and the reasons for the postponement within one month of receipt of the request.
